  • There is no one size fits all for project costs. There are many factors that go into project costs, including but not limited to existing condition of the space(s), finish selections, scope of work, etc. We work hard to stay within budget, but there are times when the scope of work must exceed the budget.

  • We are strictly a construction team, meaning we do not do any design work. We highly recommend the interior design team at House Seven Design for design services. If you have your own designer, we will work alongside them to implement their designs into your project. If you wish to do the design work yourself, we will work alongside you.

  • Most projects require permits. Our team will work closely with you and guide you based on your project.

  • We work with a variety of licensed, insured, and trusted sub-contractors on most of our projects. This allows us to move quicker and more efficiently on your project.

  • Depending on the scope of work and the layout of your home, you may or may not be able to live in your home throughout the renovation.

  • Our team does not provide architectural drawings or planning. We focus on the renovation phase once planning is complete. If you need recommendations for an architect, please reach out and we’d be happy to help.
